If you have already paid your registration fee for the 2020 ESBOC, please contact James Redman (firstname.lastname@example.org) to arrange a refund.
Posters should be A1 sized with portrait orientation. Fixings (Velcro) will be provided.
Fraudsters may contact conference speakers and delegates by phone or email offering to book accommodation and travel. Accommodation for ESBOC will be booked directly with Gregynog Hall by the conference organisers. We do not use any external travel agents, so if you are contacted by companies claiming to be acting on behalf of ESBOC then this is a scam and you should not give them any of your financial details.
The Royal Society of Chemistry have grants of up to £1000 available to support carers attending conferences. Details are available from the RSC.
Early career researchers and PhD students who are Royal Society of Chemistry members can apply to the RSC travel grants scheme for travel expenses to attend ESBOC 2020. Details of the scheme are available on the RSC webpages.
The next ESBOC will take place on 15 – 17 May 2020 and the chair is Prof. Sarah O’Connor.
